What do I get with my ticket?

Your admission to the event. Food & Accommodation is on the attendee. If you purchased a pre-sale ticket, your 2 room nights are included in your ticket.

What is the refund policy?

You can cancel your ticket and receive a full refund if you email us your request at least 60 days before the event.

NO REFUNDS within 60 days of the event start date.

If you request to cancel within 2 weeks of the event, you are eligible for a 100% credit towards a future event.

 If you request to cancel within 7 days of the event, you are eligible for a 50% credit to a future event.
